Calm and homely flat

I’m looking to find a kind and considerate couple or single person to replace the lovely couple I have been living with.

On offer is a spacious double room overlooking a garden, and your own shower, although the toilet is shared. There is a communal living area/kitchen, with a dishwasher and washer dryer. The bedroom will be unfurnished, however, my previous housemates will be up for selling the bed if you need it. Most living room furniture is staying for now but if you have furniture you'd like to bring that’s great and we can prioritize it! The flat is in a lovely part of Hove 15 minutes walk to the sea, 10 to Hove park and George street.

About me- I’m a considerate and tidy housemate, who loves chats on the sofa as they come, but equally enjoy my own company and am respectful of space. In my own time, I love spending time hiking and camping, pilates and running, singing and getting creative. You will hear me sing in my room (at reasonable times)😅 . I love living in this flat, the current vibes are homely and respectful safe space, and I would love to keep that energy going!

Ideally looking for a couple, as it keeps bill costs the same as I’ve been used to, but absolutely send a message if you are a single occupant who feels they would fit the vibe!

Currently bills are £150 ish per month between 3, though slightly higher when heating is needed
