Double room in beautiful house Poets Corner Hove

Hi! We are Sarah and Olivia, the two current housemates living in our lovely home in Hove. Our other housemate is moving out to live with his GF and we need a third to join us.

We are a happy sociable household, we both work early-ish hours, so not a party house- we do love a garden hang out, wine and bbqs in the summer, and film nights, chats in the kitchen and lots of laughter.

Our current housemate is looking to move by the 6th September, so we are eager to move pretty quickly.

The room is a bright double on the ground floor, with a window to the back garden. The area is quiet and friendly, but we have coffee shops/pubs/supermarkets all just down the road and Hove station is really close too!

Would love a tidy, friendly housemate to join us, we’re planning on being here for a few years at least, so it’s good for professionals looking for a nice home! LGBTQ+ friendly.

It’s a private landlord, bills are separate, but the amount listed is everything together. Including internet etc. deposit is £666 and we pay bills ‘up front’ for the month, so there is no issue with leaving and owing. It’s all direct debit anyway.
