Double bedroom available in Hove

Me and my friend are urgently looking for someone to move into a room in the house we currently rent from. It’s spacious, south facing with lots of natural light, has white goods included, and is a 5 minute walk from the train station and big tesco, bus stops and the gym even closer. Our old housemate is moving to London and the landlord wants us to replace her asap. Me and Charlie are two graduates (24 & 23) who are social and friendly, we enjoy spending time in our shared space but also having our own space. Charlie studied computer science, loves playing football and going to the gym. I studied graphic design and love crafting and making silly hats.
