Double Room available next to Brunswick Sq 🌷

The room available is a large double room with a huge window that gets a lot of natural light. The room is mostly unfurnished, but comes with a large wardrobe and a bed frame🌟 The flat also has a beautiful, large living area with an open plan kitchen, fully furnished!
The room is available from the 28th October, rent is £665/month. Bills can vary depending on the month, but usually equate to (at most) £100/month for water, gas & electric, and wifi.
You’d be living with myself and my beautiful friend Emma. We’re both in our early 20s, creatives, working full time post-graduation, queer-friendly, and super easy-going.

I (Lette) work in childcare and my hours are typically strictly between 8-6 on weekdays. I love reading, crochet and watching a good film.
Emma works in hospitality so her hours and days can vary. She loves beach walks, going for lovely drinks and crafting.
We both love going to the pub, spending time down on the beach (which is only a 5 minute walk from the flat!), as well as cosy nights in/games nights/splitting a bottle of wine. We enjoy spending time together, yet also respect each other’s space and need for alone time. We both value a respectful, homely atmosphere and we’d love to live with someone communicative, kind and tidy.
