Double room in fab seafront apartment in Hove

We are a gay couple currently living in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom seafront apartment on the Kingsway in Hove.

The room available is a very large double with double wardrobes and the option of buying the exisiting furniture (bed, chest of drawers etc) from our flatmate.

The room has excellent sea views, with the sea literally across the road.

The apartment is large and very bright with a fully integrated kitchen and mod cons. The living room has more seaviews, Sky 3D TV and wireless broadband. We also have a small enclosed balcony.

There is a garage available if you need to park a car, otherwise its perfect for any storage.

We're pretty easygoing and are looking for someone who's the same and maybe likes going for the odd few drinks.
