The property is in hove on the ground floor right next to the beach and very close to multiple transport options to get around the city. The room opens up to a personal small balcony area which is big enough for a small table and chair during the warm summers. The landlords are very responsive and quick to respond to any issues that can occur. The property has a seperate toilet and bath with shower and a very spacious shared lounge/ kitchen but I do spend a lot of my time in my own room due to mainly working from home.
