Double room in large home - Brighton & Hove

We have a big, bright & comfortable fully furnished double room in our large 5 bedroom home.
There is plenty of space to relax and find privacy within the house but also plenty of opportunity to socialise. It's up to you. The house has 3 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms including a combined kitchen/diner/tv room. Hence, 3 areas for hanging out all with HD SKY television, DVD, and WiFI throughout the house. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a week.
We are preferably looking for female applicants but will consider males and couples.(couples will be required to pay an additional amount)
You will have full use of our lovely kitchen (with space in the fridge and cupboards), dining room and huge garden.
The house is superbly located in Hove. The train stations are within walking distance however all major bus routes are 1-2 minutes away. The house is ideally suited for professionals or mature students. There is a hottub, garden furniture, & BBQ for use in the lovely garden. The room is available from the 2nd May until 1 July. Rental includes bills.
