I have a large Bedroom with separate private Bathroom, in my bright, spacious, 2 bed flat, situated on the 1st Floor of my Edwardian House.

Flat share will be with a professional male working full-time.

The room comes with its own private bathroom. Much of the flat has just been redecorated and comes with quality fittings. The bedroom overlooks gardens and is situated in a very quiet area of Hove.

The lounge is large/furnished, with modern Flatscreen TV and Hi fi system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.

The location is quiet just by Wish Road within a stones throw of the beach, so cycling into Town is easy or one can catch the New Church Rd buses. The station is a 15 min walk or 5 mins by bike.

You should be over 30 or close to 30; professional (sorry no students/DSS); single; very clean and tidy; no pets.
