Double room near Seven Dials and Brighton trains

Two big, beautiful rooms available in a relaxed, happy home. The house is smart and spacious with a garden. Lodgers would be sharing with a couple (owners) and their small boy, aged 3. Would suit a non-smoker or outdoor, occasional smoker who is cool with cats and a medium-sized (very handsome) dog. We have busy work and family lives, and go to the gym etc when we can, so are pretty quiet during the week but happy to catch people for a chat in the common area kitchen-diner.
Would suit similar, independent professional. The rooms can be provided furnished or unfurnished. (NB They will not be furnished as shown in pics - ignore children’s furniture - but suitable furniture is available). Price includes bills and a WEEKLY CLEANER. Toilet paper, cleaning products etc all included as well. Only costs for the lodger are personal ie toiletries, food etc.
