We have a double room available in a large 3 floored, 3 bed terraced house in Hove. AVAILABLE 27th May.

The room is an unfurnished bright & airy double with plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and also the quietest being at the back of the house.
The house itself is HUGE with a large bathroom with double bath and separate rain shower, a back decked terrace area which is great for BBQ's & breakfast in the sun on a summer morning. Downstairs is an open planned living and kitchen area with a terracotta tiled floor, all the mod-cons and enough space to swing a cat.
Located 3 streets from Hove station, No. 7 bus stop and the 5, 5a, 5b, 46 are just down the road next to George Street shops.

Living with 2 very laid back gay guys, in our 30's, that do shift work which means we don't live in each others pockets.
Would suit a very TIDY but laid back individual that MUST pull their weight with house jobs.
We do like to have a good old knees up or an impromptu bottle of wine with friends from time to time but we work full time and respect that such things don't affect each other.

6 month contract minimum via an agency so reference checks etc. they require a months rent & a months rent as deposit to move in.
Would prefer someone that would stay longer than 6 months and make this their home with us!!
