Furnished double room in Palmiera Sq. area

I have a really nice double room available in my flat just off Palmeira Square, Hove. The flat is on a quiet road brilliantly placed five minutes walk from the beach and about 20 minutes walk to Brighton town centre. Its also ideally suited for supermarkets (at least three within a mile), shops and we have some really great pubs and restaurants within a stroll of the front door. Plus if you're a cricket fan the Sussex ground is just at the top of the road.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and with a handy in-built desk and plenty of storage.

I am looking for someone friendly who is happy to share a drink but also has their own things going on.

The flat has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge freezer, good sized TV and WiFi.

The potential flatmate should be clean and considerate and generally a good sort and should be willing to help around the flat with the odd clean.
