We have a bright and airy double bedroom with an ensuite in a lovely converted mews house in bustling Central Hove. Please see all of the pictures with this ad to get an overall picture of the house.

We are one and a half blocks from Hove Lawns and the seafront, and a two minute walk from the many shops, bars, cafés and restaurants on Church Road. Close to good convenience stores.

There are frequent buses going into Brighton and the journey takes about 5 mins to central Brighton. We are a ten minute walk to Hove rail station with frequent trains into central London, and also to Worthing and Littlehampton.

Facilities include:
• Use of well-stocked shared kitchen and dining facilities.
• Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
• Ultrafast unlimited broadband (you would be able to stream to your laptop in your room).

Room available for 3 months initially, then another 3 months. The current Covid-19 situation makes this hard to predict, but we would normally expect to have the room back up on in April.

No couples and definitely no smokers please.
