Single room to rent

Single bedroom £400 a month for a three to six month contract but will consider shorter.

My name is Mark and I have a single room available from 14 December. I am a live in landlord and there is one other person already renting a room.

The room is furnished. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, separate shower room and a lounge with views overlooking the cricket pitch.

The flat is 15 minutes walk from Hove train station and has fantastic front seat views onto the cricket ground.

There is also shared access to a roof terrace (open March-October) looking towards the sea and an onsite launderette. We have a great pub next door serving breakfast and evening meals and George Street is about five minutes walk away.

I am a live in Landord.
