1 room for rent in cool period Hove house

Hi, we are Joe (41) and Stuart (45), and currently rent the other two rooms at the house from the landlord Aaron. We are keen to find someone great to join us in our home.

The room itself is 14 x 14ft with a south facing window and overlooks the garden.

The rest of the house is really homely. The kitchen is great for any cooks out there - and we have a newly installed induction hob. The garden/patio area is lovely and will be a real suntrap as we move into the summer. There is good wifi which is included

We are looking for a professional (no students I'm afraid) between 28 -46. Aaron the landlord will check references and he deals with the deposit etc. We're ideally looking for someone that doesn't work from home, and somebody clean, tidy, who has their own life outside and is laid back to enjoy the house with us.

This is not a party house, and whilst we are both social and lead busy lives, our home is a bit of a sanctuary! We enjoy a meal together once in a while and watch a film.

Joe works for the NHS in community outreach and Stuart is Operations Manager for an employee benefits broker. We both enjoy sport - Joe plays cricket, and Stuart is an Albion season ticket holder - as well as the gym, music, food, cooking.
