We have a small double room to rent in our shared house. It is a small room but you can fit a double bed in. Unfurnished. There is a large bright shared lounge and the house is split over three floors so the house feels spacious.
Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. There is a toilet and utility room also on ground floor. £300 a month plus £120 bills.
It's on a mews, with great neighbours, very friendly and safe. Very close to Hove station.

We (friends/not couple) both work and are looking for someone similar, easy going, sociable, but also respects each others privacy. It's a quiet home.
Our letting agent specifies you have to have a guarantor for rent or are happy to pay in advance.
