Both of the occupants who live in the flat are young professionals who are clean, tidy and relaxed, they are extremely welcoming and friendly. Bex runs her own yoga company and John has just finished an MBA and is just about to start in a consultancy company.

An ideal flat mate would be sociable, clean and tidy. A couple is welcome as well but the rent will be slightly higher to cover bills. This is fully negotiable.

The garden itself is due to undergo renovation in the early part of next year to make it a perfect area for BBQ's and summer parties once the weather improves.
