Female Working Lodger

After 7 easy months, my recent fabulous lodger has moved to Madrid!

**I am looking for a lodger for the month of June and 2 weeks of July just now, so if you need somewhere short-term, I am your person :-)

Female lodger preferred for my lovely, sunny, warm, large single (lots of storage) room, in my sunny, cosy, family home. Fully furnished but can accommodate you if you have your own pieces to bring. 6 months tenancy minimum as per my stated requirements.

Full-time Working only (no DSS), Non-smoker, clean, tidy, quiet yet fun.

Here is what my previous lodger Kayleigh says: "I have been so happy here, couldn't have wished for better, thank you for making me so welcome."

Georgia my previous lodger of 12 months says:

Lodging with self and adult son, I am self-employed working from home, my son works full-time in Security. We are exceptionally clean, tidy and quiet as I work long hours.

Less quiet at weekend when I play my Latin music, not loud (Cuban Salsa dancer). Very sporty house and fun which is a balance for our Professional work which is all-consuming during the week (and some weekends too!)

Lots of space in kitchen for your own needs and partially equipped to get you started. Use of Living and Dining room. Bathroom with shower and downstairs cloak room. Loft space for storage. Lovely good size garden where you can keep your bike if you have one.

£550pcm plus £500 deposit in advance. All bills included except landline. Excellent location for both Hove and Brighton. Bus Stops 2min walk, Hove Station 20min walk, Preston Park Station 15min walk, Brighton Station 30 min walk.
