We have a large sized double room available in our pleasant and spacious 3/4 bedroom flat and we are taking viewings now. We are looking for someone who can move in soon, ideally by the 8th June. The room is unfurnished although the rest of the flat is fully furnished (we can offer a basic double bed for the room if needed).

The location is conveniently located with good transport links. Hove Station is few minutes walk from our flat and we are on a main bus route into Brighton centre. The local shops and cafes are 5 minutes' walk away and 10 mins for the beach. The area is pleasant and peaceful and there are some nice local parks nearby. Our flat has a nice character and there's access to our roof which is great in the summertime to catch some rays.

We are looking for a housemate who'll be clean, tidy, open-minded and respectful of others. I'm self-employed with my own business and work from home most of the time and my housemate is an electronic music producer/DJ/artist who works on music production from home on most days of the week during regular daytime hours. For this reason we would prefer someone who has a regular 9-5 day job, unless the music production isn't a concern at all for them!

Current housemates are two males (27 & 39 one straight & one bisexual).

We like to be sociable and enjoy some fun times hanging out, however we also like our own space at times and a relaxed environment to live in. Sometimes we like go out to bars, restaurants, on walks, clubbing etc. We are friendly, easy to get on with and have the usual kind of interests. Occasionally we cook nice meals together in the evenings.

A new tenancy agreement is for a 6 month term (There's £210 agency fees to pay upfront, then it reduces to £40 for an additional 6 month term). Rent including bills and council tax is £460 per month (Fast 75Mb Wi-Fi/Broadband included). The tenant must be able to provide a guarantor who is a UK homeowner.
