Lovely double room in two bedroom flat sharing with me. Perfect location 30 seconds walk from hove station, 1 minute from hove shops and restaurants, 10 mins to the beach. I am a 30 year old female professional seeking a like minded and house proud flatmate.

I have been living in the flat for three years and my friend is moving out , everything is there apart from bedroom furniture, could be a double bed if needed. I'm a very clean tidy person and expect the person I'm living with to respect that and be the same :-) want some one chilled and easy going, perfect for all commuters as mentioned previously. Spacious for two to share, nice communal lounge and kitchen, bath and shower. Low bills and rates.
