We have a small, unfurnished double room in a lovely shared house with three young professionals. The room is small, yet can fit a double bed plus some draws, south facing and comes with a large wardrobe on the landing area for extra storage space.

The rest of the house is very spacious with a comfortable and welcoming living room and well equipped kitchen. Amazing sized, beautiful, garden with shed. Located in the Seven Dials area, a convenient 10 minute walk from Brighton train station and Churchill Square with on street permitted parking (zone O).

Current flat mates are all sociable young professionals. We try to spend time together as well as enjoying our own space.

To sign a 6 month contract with an agency.

Upfront fees:

One month's rent (£395.01)
£450 deposit
approx. £250 agency fees

Bills are on average £85-95 per month.
