Double room for trustworthy person above a pub

I have a double room available in a shared flat above a pub in Hove (either an existing bedroom or converting the large lounge to be a bedroom and making the existing bedroom into a communal lounge), all bills and council tax included, shared kitchen and bathroom, relaxed, friendly flatmates, one has a child that stays a couple of nights a week (not a baby). Room can be decorated with landlords permission, 100% trustworthy person needed and references MUST be provided. Must be clean and responsible, non smokers and no pets.
