Spacious Double Room In Friendly Shared House!

I am a current housemate living in a 5 bedroom shared house in Hove. We've recently had one of our flatmates move out and are looking to find a lovely new person to rent her bedroom.

The House:
Split over the first and second floor of the building it has 5 Bedrooms with 4 current house mates (2 male, 2 female). There is one shower room complete with awesome power shower, but also has 2 toilets (separate from shower room).
Shared large kitchen and living room complete with sky tv!
On street parking is available, but it is permit area O and you need to purchase a permit via the Brighton and Hove Council.

The Room:
A spacious double bedroom furnished currently with a double divan bed, double (big!) wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. However there is further space to add some of your own furniture if you should so desire.

Rent and bills:
The landlords live in a self contained flat downstairs and are really lovely and easy to get along with. They have a relaxed approach to renting the house. We are therefore looking for someone reliable and responsible to take the room to maintain the good relationship we have with the home owners.
Currently rent for the room is £340 per month and £90 per month in bills. Bills include gas/ electricity/ water/ sky tv/ council tax and some small household items eg. toilet paper, washing up liquid, bin bags etc.

Current Housemates:
currently there are 4 people(including myself) living in the house. I am a physiotherapist working at Brighton general hospital. The other housemates are all working professionals in Brighton and one who commutes to London. None of us knew each other before moving in and several of us are reasonably new to living in the house. Although we don't particularly socialize together we all get along really well and accommodate for having friends visit etc.

Desired housemate:
A responsible working professional who will look after the house but also help us to keep our home relaxed and fun.

Sorry, no couples, no DSS, no pets.
I have a partner who visits on occasional weekends, we have no problem with partners visiting but the room is intended to rent to one person only.
