We are two women aged 30 and 40 looking preferably for a third female of a similar age to join us in this lovely flat share.
This is a lovely, sunny, bright and spacious flat, based on The Drive in Hove with a number 7 bus across the street which gives you access from George St in Hove up to the Marina in Brighton. Hove train station is only a 5 min walk away and we are also close to shops and local amenities etc.
The room is a double bedroom which comfortably fits a double bed, bedside table and 3 door wardrobe. There are two bathrooms (2 showers/toilets and one bath), a large shared living / dining room and shared kitchen with full amenities.
Rent wise it is £479 per month which includes hot water and heating. With bills (which includes council tax, water, electricity, Virgin Media, broadband, TV licence and Netflix) this takes monthly outgoings up to approximately £600 a month obviously this can fluctuate with the electricity. We split all the bills three ways and each take ownership for certain outgoings.
We are in the N parking zone which you can buy a resident parking permit for. We also have a visitors permit for parking onsite to cover in the interim (but please note this is shared with other residents and there isn't always a space).
The room is likely to be available from January 31st with the possibility of it being available earlier..
About us; we are two professionals who are friendly, easy company and pretty chilled out however we aren't party people and would be looking for someone similar to join us. Interests include reading, listening to podcasts, walking, meditation and catch ups and TV watching in the lounge. We would like a housemate, who is aged approximately between 30-48 years old.
