New Flatmate required!

I'm a 28 year old nurse- I work Monday to Friday so no weird shift patterns!

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, easygoing and considerate who has a similar approach to sharing as me. I spend most of my time either seeing friends, or chilling out at home with a glass of wine/cup of tea!

The flat has a big communal grass area, and a small patio area at the front of the property. Bus service regularly into Brighton and approx 20 min walk to Hove train Station. 10 minute walk to Hove Park and Waitrose. The flat also comes with a parking permit, and also plenty of free off road parking.

There is a £103 referencing fee and £600 deposit.
