Double room, ensuite, spacious central hove flat

Hi, I am looking for someone to rent a large double room with ensuite in my spacious flat. Large lounge/dining room, patio doors to garden, 36 foot hallway. Wooden floorboards throughout. Plenty of storage in bedroom. Located in central Hove.

2 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes walk from Hove station, 2 mins from Tesco and bus stop in to Brighton.

Ideal person would be friendly, sociable (without expecting the place to be party central), happy to hangout on evenings watching some crap tv or a good film with a glass of wine but equally aware of giving each other some space and spend time chilling alone, tidy and proud and respectful of where they live. It's a very cool flat!

Must like dogs as I have a Westie called Gavin who is very friendly and will expect to cuddle up to you now and then ( he doesn't shed hair or smell by the way!)
