Lovely double room to rent in shared house

Are you a mature, friendly, clean professional needing a room to rent during the week or full time?
The house is in a quiet area a short walk from the sea, and accessible for bars, restaurants and shops of Central Hove by foot, or in Brighton by one of the several buses that stop near to the house. There are also lots of handy shops and banks at Portslade High Road which is within easy walking distance.
There is free parking in the street. Portslade Station with trains direct to Victoria is within 10 minutes walk, or a short bus ride. Hove, Aldrington, and Brighton stations are one bus ride away.

The room has double bed, clothes storage and desk.
You will share the shower room, living room, kitchen and garden with one other person (there are 2 WCs).
I will ask for a proportionate contribution for energy and water.
