1 single room available near Hove Park.

One single room in a semi-detached family home is available to rent. The room is on the second floor of a 1930s semi detached house. On the same floor there is a shower room and a spare bedroom (which is used for home working 3 days a week).
The room has a free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, desk, office chair and comfy chair. The room has a black out blind. Shared kitchen, dining room and garden. Two bath/shower rooms. A two minute walk to Hove Park and the Nevill Road Waitrose. On 5B bus route and 20 minutes walk to Hove station. Bills and WiFi included.
You will be one of two lodgers sharing with myself (teacher) and husband (surveyor). Our current lodger is in his 20s and works in a professional capacity. We also have a 6 year old dog (Irish Setter). 3 days a week I teach piano & violin from home, mostly from 3pm - 7pm. As this bedroom is 2 floors away from where I teach, the noise is minimal (according to previous lodgers).
