Double room, great location , Monday to Friday

I have a double room to rent MONDAY TO FRIDAY in a lovely clean, light, quiet garden flat (raised ground floor). Brighton/Hove border (Lansdowne Place) - perfect location for seafront, buses, shops, restaurants etc. (Resident parking - zone M). The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, folding table & chair. Shared use of sunny lounge with small but stylish kitchen area (with washing machine & dishwasher), good wireless broadband & a modern bathroom with shower.

I'm looking for a non-smoker who is tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I run my own business, making mosaics, usually working from my workshop in Shoreham. I'm friendly and easy-going, and like a relaxed home space. My sharing preference is a working professional and someone over 30.
