Double room to rent in spacious flat
I currently occupy and am looking to rent a double room out.

Flat is fully furnished and bedroom has fitted wardrobes but would need a double bed

£550 all in, including broadband and virgin in lounge incl sky sports

Looking for someone like minded, I am professional who works long hours mid week, so mainly spend my eve in gym or catching up on myself.
Looking for someone tidy and independent.

No deposit required just an 8 week notice period
