The flat is opposite the sea, with tennis courts and a bar/restaurant directly opposite. It`s about a half hour walk into Brighton town centre, with buses coming by the house frequently.

The house is virtually fully furnished, aside from the bedroom. However, you are more than welcome to furnish the house with your belongings too. There are some shelves and storage already in the bedroom which you can keep if you wish, or can be removed prior to your arrival. The room is a spacious double bedroom, which can easily fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.
