Gorgeous Hove seafront apartment with double room

We have a double room (we have furniture on order to arrive soon) to let in our home, an apartment (sounds posh) but we're not :)
Its on the seafront opposite the Hove lagoon - BN3. There are two others, myself and my friend Mike, we are both in our 30s and are looking for a professional to share our gorgeous home with.
The details of the home are the usual...
Kitchen/diner with all the facilities - washing machine, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and dining table (seats 6 max).
Living room with balcony overlooking the seafront (we are first floor so no need to fear the heights) with Netflix, Firestick, and super-fast WiFi.
A shared bathroom between two as one of the rooms is en-suite. The room to let is not the en-suite but you would only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. Each of the bedrooms looks out on to the rear garden which is shared with the neighbours (the garden not the bedrooms!)
There is also lots of on-road parking which is free (one of the few places that are in Brighton/Hove).
The cost of the rent includes everything so there are no hidden extras that you need to worry about, plus (and perhaps the best bit), we have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean all the communal areas, such as living room, hallway, kitchen and the two bathrooms.

We have recently considered couples and therefore, please allow an additional £250 per month for two people. Actually makes it very affordable per person.
