Cosy single room to rent in happy family home

We have a small single room available in our cosy terraced house in Hove. We are a working couple with a 10 year old girl and a 17 year old Italian student. We also have a small spaniel and a ginger cat. We are looking for a young hard-working individual to live in our house on self-catering basis. We are happy to discuss rates to include an evening meal if preferred as we cook a fresh healthy dinner every evening.
