Very quiet household , profesionnal lady and her cat.
Share bathroom and kitchen ( your own cupboard and space in the fridge ).
10 mn away by foot from hove station . Excellent bus services. 10mn from george street and boundary road where all shops and cafes are situated.
I do smoke myself and I don't mind a smoker as long as it is not in the actual bedroom.
