Double Room Available in Relaxed Household

Double room available in a friendly & relaxed, 2 bed flat in Hove. Situated only 5 minutes walk away from Hove train station.

We are a female couple aged 23 & 24, looking to replace our current flatmate who is moving out to live with her boyfriend in March. We are both working and studying full time throughout the week so we like to keep the flat as chilled out and relaxing as possible.

The flat is very modern and clean with a shared kitchen, bathroom and fully furnished living room, including a dining table, 3D smart tv and playstation which you are welcome to use! The room itself is a nice sized double that comes unfurnished (but a bed, mattress and clothes rail are available if needed).

We are on a pay-as-you-go system for Gas and Electricity but all other bills are paid monthly including Water, TV License and Virgin Media Fibre Optic Broadband. We each pay approximately £50 per month for bills.

Also a £100 fee is required by the letting agents for new tenants to complete a reference check.
