A large double bedroom available to rent in a spacious and airy split-level flat. Located in central Hove, with good local amenities and just a 10-minute walk to Hove Station. The flat comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, power shower, and Wi-Fi.

The room has a sea view and is part-furnished, with a large fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It’s available from 03/04/15 for £400/month, plus bills (around £70-80/month incl. council tax), which is a great price for the space and the area.

I have been living in the flat for a year with two other flatmates. One of them is sadly moving out as he has bought his own place. I work as a copywriter/editor, sometimes from home, and you’ll be sharing with me and one other professional. We’re both easy going, preferring to be fairly quiet and sensible during the week. The room would best suit a young professional or a postgraduate student (not someone wanting somewhere to party).
