double bedroom with ensuite in great flat

I'm renting this great flat, and looking for a nice person to share it. The lounge has sea views, we are 1 minute walk from the beach, and its a great location for shops and rail stations. Its a really quiet flat in a building which is mostly owner occupied, and your room is the quietest of the lot. Its at the back of the building over looking gardens and pretty architecture, and has its own private carpeted staircase as the flat is split level. There is no flat above this room (we are on the second floor) so it has added light from a skylight window. It has a mezanine which is 3m x 3. 5m- large enough for a double bed and wardrobe, and by spiral stairs- the lower area is about the same size so you have a good amount of space plus storage space as extra and the rest of the flat. It's a quirky space with a great feel. The lower area can be used as a dressing room or a place to sit, however you want to use it. The private shower room has underfloor heating and the whole flat is newly refurished to high standards.
The lounge has 2 settees, an open gas flame effect fire- nice to sit by, and sea views. The beach is so close you can take breakfast there, or a cup of tea- and it's still toasty warm as you sit on the pebbles. The kitchen is really spacious ( 2. 2m x 4m ) with all Bosch fittings…. double oven, dishwasher, larder fridge, washing machine…and lots of cupboard space.

£650 for this room- the total rent is £1350- so £700 for the other room, which is a reduced rent as I know the landlord so we get to deal direct, so you do get quite a lot for your rent. Bills are about £125 each (a bit more in winter) for council tax, gas, water, electricity, internet, phone. Parking is zone N so no waiting list.
The person to share would probably be thirties or older. Flatmate wise, I enjoy a laugh, good conversation, good food, films, fresh air and am interested in most things. I'm starting a business and I paint, so have a studio space close by. If sharing with a like minded person we both get a snazzy place to live, easy times, a nice place to hang out and call home.
