Double room to rent in a friendly family home in West Hove 5 mins walk to Portslade rail station and various bus services into town. Easy access (5 mins) to A27 and A23. Looking to rent to someone who preferably works full time. You would be sharing the house with me and occasionally my son who is 21 and at university, plus at times there may be a language student in the box room. The double room is on the ground floor and is approx 10. 5 ft by 11 ft (plus large bay window.) It is furnished with king size bed plus wardrobe, chest of drawers, drop leaf table and chair. Parking permits are not required in the street. There is 1 bathroom to be shared by all of us. Kitchen (have washing machine) and garden. The room is £450 pcm for one person bills included.
