To let: One double room in a shared house

To let is a large double room in a lovely, friendly four bedroom modern house. The house is currently occupied by two males and one female, all young (27, 23, 26), working professionals. We are all laid back and easy going, we’re hoping to find someone sociable and fun (and interested in keeping the house nice) to replace an outgoing house mate. We share a wide range of hobbies, including cooking, running, tennis, Playstation, music and pub quizzes.

The house has a very large and spacious kitchen complete with range oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. We have a lovely bathroom complete with a power shower and heated mirror, and a second WC. There is a comfortable, cosy living room with a flatscreen tv and sofa. In addition to this we have a small decked garden (with side-alley access) big enough to store a couple of bikes and to enjoy the odd summer bbq, when the sun shines!

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Portslade station (even though we're in Hove, actually!) right next to a number of bus routes that run right into central Brighton (including night buses that run into the morning), and on a road with free, un-permitted parking. At the bottom of our road is the sea and within two minutes walk is a wide range of shops, including a Tesco, Aldi, Boots, KFC...

The rent is £575 per month and this includes all bills and high speed Internet.

The room comes unfurnished, however, I am willing to sell the furniture for a very reasonable price (double bed, desk, office chair, 2x drawers, wardrobe, coffee table).
