Front door to beach in 1 minute! Lots of storage and a huge garage, car and a half deep to use as I don't keep a vehicle in it just a couple of bikes and a surf board.
Looking for an easy going young professional to live with. Not exactly a party flat but no problems having people over for dinner drinks etc.
Shiftworker preferred not essential, couples also considered. Shared parking space available (3 days in a week)
