Top floor in a beautifully presented edwardian house. Would suit clean and tidy professional female or tidy students welcome. All bills included, free wifi, movies and use of washer, dryer! Food can be included for a small extra fee if required. Easy going household so would be more like a flat share! I do have a small cat but she does not go in the rented area.
