Double room by the seafront

I have a double room in a 2 bedroom flat available immediately in a great location minutes from the seafront near Palmeira Square. The flat contains a large living room and has all white goods provided. The room is currently furnished with a single bed but you also have the option to move your own bed in and can easily fit a double.

You will be sharing with myself a relaxed, friendly, sociable PhD student in my mid 20s.

You will have to pay a month and halfs rent for a deposit up front plus a months rent in advance.
