We have a bright recently refurbished, 4 bedroom house with TV lounge, a cloakroom, a large kitchen with all mod cons, dining table and seating area. We have a large, beautiful south-west facing garden. The double bedroom is bright and comes with bed, beside cabinet, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We have Virgin television, broadband, a regular cleaner and bills are all inclusive.

We are situated on a quiet street between New Church Road and Portland Road. We are on all the main bus routes into Brighton & Hove and Portslade Train Station is 5 mins walk away. The beach is 10 mins walk, gym 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk and the supermarket 10 mins walk away. There is free on street parking and we have a bike shed at the top of the garden.

We are all professionals, pretty laid back and enjoy doing our own thing but also like to unwind with a glass of wine and the occasional meal together.
