Located in central Hove, only 8 mins walk from the train station (5 if you’re a fast walker like me) and with the added bonus of being close to all amenities. Co-op and Sainsbury's are just around the corner and 5 mins from George Street’s main shops, cafes and bars. Small Batch Coffee is right around the corner for a great hangover cure as well as being a short walk to Hove beach!

All bills are included in the rent, this includes unlimited Sky Fibre broadband and Sky+ HD TV too. There is currently no bed in "your" room, but let me know if you need one and I'll get that sorted.

You will be living with me, a 30 year old male. I’m laid back, I run my own business as a furniture designer during the week and work long hours. I also sometimes work from home at the weekends (don't worry, just paperwork) hence why the Monday – Friday would be pretty useful but not 100% required. This would suit a contractor or somebody who works in the city during the week and heads back home at the weekends. I’m happy with either a long or short term let.
