We are a couple looking for a quiet friendly trustworthy person to rent the spare room for a short amount of time.
We work hard (early starts) and watch telly in the evenings, so ideally looking for someone with similar routine or more likely to be out/keep to themselves.
We don't mind another couple (rent would be £650/£700 inc bills).
We would love to hear from you & see if can make something work.
