A furnished double bedroom with sofa, double bed, storage etc…in a maisonette in central hove, short walk to train station&George street cafes/shops &all night excellent bus connections to all parts of the city& university & great train connection to London. (No bike storage sadly. Parking available with resident’s permit, no waiting list.)

NO other shared living space but all rooms have a sofa . Bills included except the energy bill ( about £45/m) .
This room shares bathroom with TWO other rooms (all friendly young professional housemates).

Looking for a friendly professional , with peaceful lifestyle, who is naturally tidy, clean & organised ( so it’s a welcoming home to all 😊).
