Stunning arty house close to 7 Dials . It has all mod cons and a warm and friendly landlady . The house is within easy walking distance of Brighton train station and the town centre. There are presently two of us in the house .We would like to share the house with someone who is also friendly , easy going and considerate of others.
There is a little patio Garden that's lovely in the Summer. The 7Dials area in Brighton is really quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to live.
The house is used as an Artist Open House event in May and Dec, so the person needs to be aware this is part of the deal. There is a reduction in rent in the months of May and Dec. So a keen interest in the Arts will help.
