Bright sunny room in friendly family house in Hove

Sunny and pleasant room for rent in our extended semi detached house in Hove. The room is a smallish double and is fully furnished although furniture can be moved if new tenant brings own furniture. The room looks out onto the garden and is set at the back of the house. The bathroom is just across the hall and has a jacuzzi bath, separate shower and wc. There is an additional wc downstairs.
All bills are included in the rent. There is space for one car on the drive. We have a new kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and cooker and there is a separate fridge and freezer for use by a lodger.
The person who rents this room will need to like pets as we have two pugs, two cats and 2 guinea pigs.
We are friendly but also like our own space and have found with previous lodgers this works out well with the space available in the house. Feel free to call for more information on any day if you are interested in viewing the room.
