Double room in lovely, arty, terraced house, Hove

I have a large (3. 5 x 4m) bright room, with a double bed, available in my terraced house in Hove .

The street is quiet but well located, 5 mins away from Hove station, shops and major bus routes (including all night services such as N7). The house is also just a 10 minute walk from Hove beach and a 30 minute walk from Brighton city centre.

You would be living with a sociable part-time physiotherapist, who plays music in a folk band and sculpts and paints in her spare time.

Prospective tenants can enjoy use of all amenities, as well as my lovely south facing garden which is full of flowers!

All bills are included. I should warn you that parking here is a little difficult without a permit.
