Location

The flat is situated in Central Hove and is 10 min walk to Hove station with excellent railway connection to Brighton, London, Chichester or Portsmouth. It’s a 2 Minute walk to Church St. for buses to Brighton centre, Marina and most other places in and around Brighton. Popular bustling George St., with it’s resturants and coffee shop, etc. is a 3 min. walk. Tesco superstore is 5 min walk away. In the other direction, it’s a 5min walk to the beach at St. Alfreds centre. Permit Parking – Zone N with no waiting list. It has Gas central heating.

The room:

It’s a Large room full of sunlight for most of the day. In the room is a double bed, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe for clothes, hanger for coats/jackets, a chest of draws, mirror/storage space (Above wardrobe) and desk & chair. Bills included in the rent, except for Gas and Electricity Wi-Fi. water and council tax [ Amount TBC after October increases].

The flat :

It is a two bedroom first floor flat with outbuilding on the lower ground floor for bike storage. (No bikes allowed in the flat or entrance hall). The building is fully managed with a serviced Fire Alarm and passageways need to be kept free. There is an intercom entry system. The flat comprises hallway, bathroom/WC with bath and shower (proper shower, not the electric one) a reasonably big living room and separate, completely recently refurbished, kitchen complete with brand new washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob and oven. All above are shared communal places.

Your new flatmate
You will share with an easy going 40 yr. old Female, who is laid back and not militant on cleaning rotas etc. She does, however keep on top of cleaning for the most part and remains aware of keeping things clean and tidy for others – so mutual /consideration/negotiation required in all communal areas. Your own room is up to you. There won’t be a meltdown on washing up left undone etc. She has worked and lived in Hove for 8 years [ Works 9 – 5.00pm / shift & w/e work]. Enjoys dancing, gym, acting and art projects. Is frequently out and does little cooking.
