Bright room close to Hove Seafront (Mon-Fri only)

A small but bright room available Monday to Friday only with small double bed and plenty of storage space, in a light lovely flat for £500 pcm including bills.

There is a fantastic sea view from the bright and airy open plan living area and that is what really makes this home special. There is a rooftop view from the bedroom.

The flat is beautifully located, a few hundred metres from Hove seafront and 2 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Western Road, Church Road and Palmiera Square.

It's about 20-25 minutes walk to either Hove or Brighton train stations and 2 minutes walk to the bus stops on Western Road/Palmeira Square.

THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
All bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax) are included with exception of any landline calls (we don't have a landline). There is a washing machine and dishwasher plus an espresso machine for fellow coffee addicts.

It would suit a friendly, easy going, tidy and relaxed professional, preferably male.

I work in healthcare, which involves working late most weekday evenings. My partner doesn't live here but tends to be here about 3-4 nights a week. We are relaxed and easygoing.

PARKING/BIKES
The Flat is in Zone M and a residents parking costs between £65 and £163 - and there is currently no waiting list - but please check on the Brighton Council website for the latest.
There is nowhere to store a bike inside the flat or building, but we are near a few bike rental stations and very close to the main bus stops on Western Road / Palmeira Square.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
How this works would be depending on what we exactly agree, but the room would be available Monday to Friday nights, or Sunday to Thursday nights if that works better for us all. You can leave things in the room of course but would need it left in a state that any friends we have to stay could use the bed at the weekend.
